The first thing you see when you pick up a physical magazine is its cover. In an ideal world, a magazine cover is intriguing enough to compel readers to open it up and see what’s inside, whether it’s feature stories, industry-related news or more good art and photography.

A considerable amount of time and energy goes into putting together a cover for Modern Machine Shop. Writers select their most engaging photos, and our designers spend hours making sure the cover looks just right. We know every cover is special, but everything we do is for our readers and we want your feedback. Which MMS cover from 2021 is your favorite? Let us know!
