View MoreRosler’s FKS centrifugal disk finisher is designed for deburring, surface grinding and radiusing applications as well as polishing stampings, castings and machined parts. The vibratory finisher can be used on products ranging from 0.2 to 150 mm.
The finisher’s rotating spinner and stationary work bowl with wear-resistant polyurethane lining prevent parts from sticking and ensure uniform results within shorter process times, the company says. Sensors provide machine-function and gap monitoring for optimized performance and efficiency. A central PLC controller manages auxiliary functions such as parts loading and post-finishing treatment. Process parameters can be customized to meet specific requirements such as spinner rpm, water levels and screening times. The finisher is designed to be easily integrated into existing process lines.
