Hiwin offers the Rolcrew ballscrew and the QR series linear-motion guideway with SynchMotion technology.
The Rolcrew ballscrew’s special pathway unit incorporates rollers instead of steel balls. The optimized pathway design reduces noise during operation, and the rollers increase the contact area, improving rigidity. The ballscrew is said to offer increased load capacity, efficiency, reliability, interchangeability and life. The ballscrew is suitable for virtually all electric-driven injection molding, heavy-load precision, gantry and CNC EDM machines.
The QR series linear-motion guideway with SynchMotion technology is a motion control solution for applications requiring high rigidity and precision control. The rollers are designed to disperse the load more evenly, which is said to offer lower friction, smoother movement, quieter operation and longer running life. Applications include CNC machining centers, heavy-duty cutting machines, CNC grinding machines, injection molding machines and automation systems.
