View MoreLNS North America’s Chipblaster S Series is designed to optimize cutting tool efficiency by precisely applying high-pressure coolant where and when required. Models S-30 and S-30H deliver fixed 1,000 psi coolant while model SV-40 provides variable coolant up to 1,000 or up to 2,000 psi upon request. All three units have 42-gallon tanks and enable configuring of up to eight outlets.
The standard double cartridge filter with manual crossover is available to filter coolant to either 10 (standard) or 5 μm (optional). Additionally, an optional cyclone filter provides 2-μm filtration. To save factory floor space, select mist collectors or a chiller may be mounted on the S-Series unit.
The onboard, menu-driven touch screen human-machine interface makes it easy to adjust preset pressure values, change setting and monitor operations. Multi-directional casters allow for easy installation and maintenance, and users can choose optional adjustable leveling feet.
