Paul is a cofounder of ProShop ERP, a web-based and paperless ERP/MES/QMS system specifically designed for the metalworking industry. They partner with shops who seek to push the edge of technology by going completely paperless, strengthening their ISO or AS9100 systems, combining all their shop software into one system, and building robust business processes to achieve high rates of growth, profitability and performance.

Andrew Parks
Tool Crib Attendant
Andrew Parks is the tool crib attendant at Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions. Andrew leverages the power of ProShop daily to ensure success. Within ProShop, Andrew manages tooling, fixturing, purchasing orders, receipts, inventory, descriptions, safety stock, issuing of tools to the manufacturing floor, tool assemble & disassemble, tool care and specialty tool request from the programmers.
Parks is scheduled to graduate from Mitchell Community in Spring of 2025 and has been employed by RYMS for 1 ½ years. He joined the team as an intern which quickly turned into full time position.
Ricky Strader is a CNC programmer at Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions. Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions (RYMS) is an AS 9100 REV D / ISO 13485 certified by NSF-ISR CNC contract manufacturer, where precision and accuracy is in the DNA. RYMS has two advanced manufacturing facilities located in Mooresville, North Carolina that combine for over 135,000 “sq ft”. Core capabilities at RYMS include engineering, machining, paint, powder coat, assemble, testand re-assemble of precision components to support customers’ demands. RYMS currently provides contract manufacturing solutions for the motorsports, defense, aerospace, space and medical industries.
Ricky leverages the power of ProShop daily to ensure success. Within ProShop, Ricky leverages the system for tool sheets, work instructions, prints, fixturing, set up, part records, operations, selection of tooling and much more throughout the programming process.
Ricky started at Roush Yates Engines as a machinist in 2001, moved into setup and then into CNC programming.
