Jennifer LaFever

Production Manager, Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions

Jennifer LaFever's passion for vehicles and how things worked came at a young age, which fueled her dream to be part of a NASCAR team. That dream encouraged her to obtain her degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis. Obtaining that degree lander her a job in Silicon Valley working on semiconductor tooling. Determined to follow her dreams, she moved from California to North Carolina where she completed a NASCAR internship. Upon completion of this internship in quality control at Roush Yates Engines and graduating in 2011, she was offered a position to manage the quality control department. In 2019 Jennifer was promoted to director of quality for all Roush Yates facilities and named the SEMA Businesswomen's Network Woman of the Year.
