Imco Carbide Tool offers the Pow-R-Feed M90 end mill for roughing, slotting and finishing difficult-to-machine materials. To increase the number of parts per tool that users can machine, the tools are designed to push metal-removal and feed rates above standard rates of production. They are useful for a variety of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, high-temperature alloys, iconels, titanium, cast iron and hardened steels. The mills feature a substrate of cemented carbide and a multi-layer, heat-resistant coating matrix. Cutter geometry is designed to reduce harmonic vibrations. The tools are available with four flutes for general-purpose milling and five flutes for quality surface finish and increased tool output. Both four-flute and five-flute models are available in various end designs, shank designs and lengths.
